Job Description: Overview: As a 3D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D content across various projects. You will collaborate with our creative team to develop animations, models, textures, and effects that meet our artistic and technical standards. This role requires a versatile skill set, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute high-quality 3D models, animations, textures, and visual effects. Collaborate with artists, animators, and developers to ensure consistency and quality across all 3D assets. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Optimize assets for real-time performance while maintaining visual fidelity. Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to 3D content creation. Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and project leads. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a 3D Generalist in a professional or freelance capacity. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Houdini). Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering. Experience with animation principles and techniques. Knowledge of real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is a plus. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D generalist skills.
