Position Overview:
Setfi Algeria is seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in managing client relationships, tracking sales metrics, coordinating sales activities, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to sales support in the digital design and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales activities, and coordinating sales-related documentation.
Client Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any inquiries or issues.
Sales Metrics: Monitor and track sales metrics, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on sales leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
Sales Presentations: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with other departments such as design, development, and marketing to ensure client projects are on track and deadlines are met.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across departments.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems in a sales context.
