Description
A startup in the field of digital marketing is recruiting a Customer Support Representative!
This is a long-term position within a fast-growing company.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will communicate with our customers through the following tasks:
Analysis, understanding, and processing of customer requests for optimal orientation
Inform customers of technical problems and the modifications to be made
Diagnose and report malfunctions described by users
Ensure customer satisfaction by being proactive
Make good money

Learn and grow as a professional
* Highly proficient in the written English language

* A good command of computer and office tools.
*This is a full-time position

The position involves a 2-week paid onboarding training where you will learn how to use our software.
Working hours: 35 hours or more per week
